Landon has been put back on high flow nasal cannula with his oxygen at 30%. He has had a minor set back and had to have a small blood transfusion last night due to a low hematocrite. He will have his IV in for several more days. He is now taking 32cc. every 3 hours. He weighs 3lbs. 12oz.
Yesterday they were put in the same isolete, but being that Landon "wanted to be ugly" they had to separate them.

Hi. I found your blog by accident (while I'm supposed to be updating my own) and have read some of the posts. I can't imagine what you must have been through, dealing with twins in NICU - it must have been good to know they were in the best place for them, while you were still in the hospital, but heartbreaking not to be with them! I'm glad to see that they are doing well and getting big. My 'little one' was born at 5 lb 2 oz (a heavyweight, compared to your boys), and is now at about 25 lb as she nears her second birthday. They grow so fast. A blog is a great way to keep people up to date and also to look back on as they get bigger. When you look back at older posts you'll find you can hardly remember them being so tiny! Enjoy them while they're small. They'll be drawing on the walls and telling you "No, Mummy" all too soon!

Hello, I would like you to know that our church family has been praying for the twins from day one and hope that they will be big enough and well enough to come home soon.
Please put your faith in God that his will be done with their lives and try to be at peace
. Jesus is the answer to everything in this world, provides everything in this world and will help you through these days. I hope that by this time next year you can have pleasant memories of all this and be enjoying Christmas with the twins trying to climb the tree and rip open all the packages.
We love all of you and hope for the best.
Your mother and I were in training together at Baptist and I think the world of her. We e-mail most days.
Love, Jean and Fred
